Such a disappointment. Luca confirmed our booking and agreed to do the job prior to the date, but he never turned up. He ignored our calls on the day and… read more later responded saying he thought we booked a different day. This left us stranded that evening because it was late in the day and difficult to get another cleaner for the end of lease carpet cleaning. Ensure you have a back up plan if you book Luca to do the job.
